A slightly more mature coffee flavor, "Amaro Affogato," will be available at Thirty-One this spring. It is made with a special coffee sorbet developed especially for this flavor.

Jamoca Coffee", a typical Thirty-One coffee flavor, has a mild taste with milk. This time, a sorbet without milk was developed so that customers can taste straight coffee. We were particular about the aroma and sharpness of the flavor, and completed the product after many prototypes. The coffee sorbet has a refreshing taste with a moderate sweetness, and goes perfectly with Thirty-One's signature vanilla ice cream.
