Broncobilly has announced on its official website that "Charcoal Grilled Special Kuroge Wagyu Beef Loin Steak" will appear on the menu for a limited time only, and will be available from April 1. The price is 2,178 yen (including tax, the same below) for the 140g (4.94oz) size (single item) and 2,838 yen with the "Bronco Set".

Charcoal Grilled Tokusen Kuroge Wagyu Beef Loin Steak

The beef is selected from Kagoshima and Miyazaki, and is of grade 4 or higher. The finely marbled loin steak, which is beautiful to the eye, is grilled over fragrant charcoal, and the richness and flavor unique to Wagyu beef can be enjoyed, according to the menu. The limited offer will be available at all restaurants for approximately 10,000 servings for approximately one week, and will end when all the servings are gone.

The Bronco set that comes with the charcoal-grilled special Kuroge Wagyu loin steak includes a salad bar with fruit and dessert, corn soup, and either bread or rice cooked in a large kamado bowl using Koshihikari rice produced in Uonuma. You can choose from a regular or a large serving of rice.
