From April 1, products using "Setaka" from Ehime will be on sale at Fujiya confectionery stores. The three products are "Stump Cake with plenty of cream (Senka from Ehime)," "Mille Crepe with Senka from Ehime," and "Senka from Ehime & Milky Cream Puff.

Stump cake with plenty of cream (Setoka from Ehime Prefecture)

A baumkuchen cake with watercress sauce, shaped like a stump, is filled with light custard cream, cream with watercress sauce, and whipped cream with fresh Hokkaido whipped cream. The top surface is also covered with a squeeze of the setka sauce for a lush finish. The price is 440 yen (tax included).

Mille Crepe with Mildred Flowerscape from Ehime Prefecture

Crepe dough is layered with a layer of cream made with seta sauce and Hokkaido cheese, and the middle layer is accented with a seta sauce sandwiched between two layers of crepe dough. The top is finished with a glaze of setka jam. The price is 440 yen.

Ehime Senka & Milky Cream Puff

Cream puffs filled with a light type of custard cream with Setaka sauce and milky cream. You can enjoy the fresh aroma and juicy sweetness of Setoka. Price: 160 yen.
