A limited time only cup dessert made in the hotel's workshop under the supervision of Gâteau Kingdom Sapporo's pastry chef. It is a blend of Japanese and Western flavors, combining butter cream, mascarpone cream, and green tea syrup, with the surface of the cake finished in the image of a stone garden. The price is 370 yen (excluding tax, same as below).

Authentic rich baked cheese cake made with plenty of cream cheese and mascarpone cheese from Brittany, France, and baked slowly at low temperature to create a smooth texture. The smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich cheese flavor with a hint of lemon make this cheesecake both rich and refreshing. The price is 280 yen.

Koshu Jishu Manju

Sake buns made with pure rice daiginjo-shu, amazake, and sake lees from Yamanashi Prefecture. The bean paste is made from home-cooked azuki beans from Hokkaido, which have a good flavor. The balance of the steam is adjusted to slowly steam the buns, and the surface is cracked to create a moist sake bun with a good sake flavor. The price is 90 yen.

Okinawa Brown Sugar Manju
