On April 1, Hotto Motto will release "Chicken Dumpling and Vegetable Delicious Salt Soup" using Awao Chicken. The price is 150 yen (tax included).

Hotto Motto's original soup, made in the restaurant, is a new addition to the side menu lineup. The "Chicken Dumpling and Vegetable Umami Salt Soup" is based on chicken stock and flavored with the delicious taste of dried sardines and dried bonito flakes.

The soup is made by simmering one chicken dumpling made from the meat of Tokushima Prefecture's "Awao chicken" and three kinds of vegetables (cabbage, onion, and carrot) in chicken and seafood broth. The chicken dumpling, with chicken skin added to the meat, is juicy, tasty, and fluffy. The addition of yuzu kosho (Japanese citron pepper), which is served separately, enhances the flavor with its fresh aroma and the spiciness of green chili pepper.


Hotto Motto sells a number of side dishes. In addition to the very popular "Special Pork Soup," "Mini Udon Noodles (Plenty of Wakame)" and "Mini Udon Noodles (Chikuwa-ten)" for both children and adults, salads and individual side dishes are also available. We recommend eating these items by themselves or with a boxed lunch.
