Floresta has introduced a limited-time menu item, "24-Season Series 'Japanese Strawberry'", which will be available until May 4. The selling price is 350 yen per piece (tax included) for To go.

24-Season Series "Japanese Strawberry

This is the second in a series of 24 Seasonal Doughnuts, a doughnut series that has been on sale since 2022. The doughnut dough is covered with handmade gyuuhi (gyuhi) and red bean paste made from specially cultivated azuki beans, and whole seasonal strawberries are placed on the doughnut.

As with Floresta's other doughnuts, the dough is made of whole wheat flour mixed with domestic light flour to minimize post-harvest concerns, and colorless sanonto sugar, which is made without animal bone char, is used. Other ingredients include eggs from chickens raised on wood-acid feed and non-genetically modified cornstarch with no added aluminum compounds.
