Melt-in-your-mouth tiramisu made with Hokkaido ingredients

A classic tiramisu with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The rich tiramisu cream is made with Hokkaido mascarpone and fresh Hokkaido cream, and is combined with coffee-infused biscuit. The price is 255 yen (tax included).

Saccolone Vanilla Milk

Crisp and crumbly pie crust is filled with vanilla milk cream with Hokkaido milk and vanilla seeds. The pie crust is folded in granulated sugar and baked slowly for a crispy texture. The crunchy texture of the granulated sugar can also be enjoyed. The price is 214 yen.

Kusamochi (Grass Mochi) with Tsubu An

A simple but elegant sweet Kusa-mochi. Domestic yomogi (mugwort) is used so that the fresh flavor of mugwort can be enjoyed. The tsubuan (sweet bean paste) is made from Hokkaido azuki beans and has a rich flavor and refreshing sweetness. The price is 130 yen.

Uchicafe Japanese Fruits: Miyazaki Mango & Okinawa Tankan 80ml (2.71us fl oz)

This fruit bar combines the famous fruits of Miyazaki & Okinawa, with a focus on ingredients and flavors that are unique to Uchi-Cafe. You can enjoy the ripe sweetness of the mango and the moderate bitterness of the orange rind. Price: 185 yen.

Marunaga Vanilla Olive Ice Cream 100ml (3.38us fl oz)

Refreshing vanilla ice cream with olive oil and lemon peel mixed in. Price: 248 yen.
