The cherry blossom-flavored rice cake is made from salted cherry leaves. The authentic and natural sakura-mochi flavor is achieved by using salted sakura leaves. The red bean paste is made of grains with just the right texture. You can enjoy the crunchy texture of the pie, the mochi (sticky rice cake) and the sweet bean paste. The gentle sweetness of the sweet bean paste enhances the natural cherry blossom flavor.
