Soft dumplings steamed with a blend of Japanese Kamishinko and Japanese glutinous flours are filled with honey, made into an easy-to-eat size, and sprinkled with ground sesame seeds on the surface. The rich sesame flavor with a hint of soy sauce and the exquisite texture of the dumpling dough give the dumpling a rich taste the moment you put it in your mouth. The 6 pieces are priced at 120 yen (excluding tax).

Okinawa brown sugar bun

Brown sugar buns made with Chateraise's molasses and processed brown sugar from Okinawa. The bean paste is made from home-cooked red beans produced in Hokkaido, which have a good flavor and smooth taste. The gentle sweetness of the brown sugar and the flavor of the sweet bean paste will fill your mouth. The price is 90 yen.

Koshu Jishu Manju

Sake buns made with pure rice daiginjo-shu, amazake, and sake lees from Yamanashi Prefecture. The bean paste is made from home-cooked azuki beans from Hokkaido, which have a good flavor. The balance of steam is adjusted to slowly steam the buns, and the surface is cracked to create a moist sake bun with a good sake flavor. The price is 90 yen.
