Fruit Ore Cake

Cafe au Lait Cake

The balance of coffee and milk makes café au lait an appealing cake. Duckwheat pastry is coated with coffee cream, then layered with coffee-soaked cocoa sponge dough and milk cream. The top is topped with whipped cream, cacao nibs, and powdered sugar. The price is 495 yen.

Cafe au Lait Roll

A pastry with a soft and moist dough, well-balanced with a moderate coffee and gentle milk flavor. The dough is carefully rolled with milk filling containing fresh cream, baked moist, and covered with coffee-infused fondant. To accentuate its appearance, it is topped with chocolate in the shape of coffee beans. Price: 300 yen.

Mochiri Ball Salted Caramel & Milk

Two types of bite-sized, chunky textured baked goods, three in each cup, for a total of six pieces. One is a salted caramel flavor, with bitter caramel cream in a dough made with caramel paste kneaded into the dough. Mexican Avocado Salad Wrap

A slightly spicy salad wrap that provides a good balance of tuna, vegetables, beans, grains, and cheese.
