Koku-Yami Champon

Yayoiken's first chanpon. The noodles are thick and chewy. The soup is made of pork and chicken broth with seafood and vegetable flavor, creating a rich yet light aftertaste that makes you want to drink it all up. Ingredients include pork belly, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, corn, kikurage mushrooms, and fish cake. It is very filling and satisfying. The spicy miso (an optional garnish) adds a tangy and rich flavor to the dish. The price for a single serving is 630 yen (tax included).

Kokujami Chanpon and Fried Chicken Set Meal

A set meal combining chanpon and karaage. The karaage is a popular dish consisting of crispy deep-fried chicken thigh marinated in a sauce flavored with honjozo soy sauce, garlic, and grated ginger. The price is 890 yen (tax included).
