DEGUSTATION [LEGACY], an assortment of nine types of Canoble butter, each in bite-sized pieces, is now available. The assortment includes "Annonimo Butter Cake," "Oranje," "Romantic Marron," "Bon Voyage," "Cognac Raisin," "Amaretto Bianco," "Rosé," "Setouchi Lemon Butter," and "Caramel Fig EX.
DEGUSTATION [LEGACY], an assortment of nine types of Canoble butters in bite-size pieces, will be available at the Tokyo factory and the official online store from March 11. The price is 3,230 yen (tax included, shipping not included).

From more than 100 kinds of butter made so far, "Annonimo Butter Cake", "Oranje", "Romantic Marron", "Bon Voyage", "Cognac Raisin", "Amaretto Bianco", "Rosé", "Setouchi Lemon Butter" and "Caramel Fig EX" have been selected for inclusion.
Annonimo Butter Cake
The "Anno Sweet Potato Butter Cake" is characterized by the cake-like taste of Tanegashima-grown Anno sweet potatoes that have been aged for more than a month, baked slowly at a low temperature, and combined with burnt butter "beurre noisette".
