The "Crunchy Ume Tartar Tartare Tatsuta Burger" is a refreshing Japanese style burger with a perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness, mixed with "chopped crunchy ume" in a spring-like color and First Kitchen's original tasty and filling tartar sauce, which gives it a crunchy texture. Fresh vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes, shiso leaves and mayonnaise are added.

Chicken Tatsuta is made from a single piece of young chicken thigh, tender and juicy, with three kinds of soy sauce and the delicious taste of combined kombu and bonito dashi (bonito stock). The price is 580 yen (tax included).
