Sarutahiko Coffee will introduce "Sakura Matcha Latte," a drink inspired by Japanese spring. The limited edition "Haruura Blend" coffee beans with a gorgeous aroma will also be renewed. Both will be available from March 15 to April 17.

Sakura Matcha Latte

The "Sakura Maccha Latte" is available at all stores except Mameya and Ikebukuro POPUP, in one size for both HOT and ICE, and retails for 650 yen (tax included) for eat-in and 637 yen for To go.

The rich green tea sauce made with Uji green tea and the refreshingly sweet sakura bean paste sauce are combined with mild steamed milk and topped with red shiso and sakura crunch.

In 2022, white bean paste will be used for the Sakura An Sauce, which is said to have a refined sweetness like Japanese sweets and a richer flavor of matcha green tea. It is described as a cup that makes you want to hold your hand on the bottom of the cup to savor it.

Spring Urara Blend

Haru-ura Blend" will be available at all stores and at the official online store. The retail price is 600 yen for one-size drip coffee for eat-in and 589 yen for To go. Coffee beans are 1,000 yen per 100g (3.53oz), and drip bags of 5 bags are 1,000 yen.

Direct trade beans are purchased directly from farmers and roasted to a medium-deep roast. Beans from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and El Salvador are used in the blend, which has a soft peach and raspberry-like sweetness and freshness. The floral spring-like aroma wafts through the nose, and the elegant aftertaste is reminiscent of cherry blossoms in full bloom, swaying in the wind. The package design consists of a set of five types, and is considered suitable for gift-giving.
