The rice is slightly warm, moist and sticky. It is wrapped with a thickly baked egg, minced beef, takuan (pickled radish), spinach, gobo (burdock root), and carrots. As you bite into the rice, the combination of various ingredients, rice, and nori (dried seaweed) creates a simple yet rich taste.
