The green beans have a delightful crunchy texture, and the thick, half-boiled egg yolk is a delight to eat! The saltiness and richness of pecorino cheese is a nice accent. Add more powdered cheese to taste if you like! It is simple and easy to eat, and children will love the taste. Of course, it is also a perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine.
