LAWSON "Fresh Custard Cream Puff" and "Buried Shortcake Pudding

Fresh Custard Cream Puffs and Buried Shortcake Pudding will go on sale at Lawson on March 14 and March 15, respectively, as the first in a series of sweets designed for custardy delights.

In response to the growing popularity of familiar menu items and ingredients under Corona, LAWSON has developed a new series of products that allow customers to enjoy "custard. The two new products are the first in a series of sweets that pursue the delicious taste of custard. The eggs are made from eggs with rich, sweet taste and yellow yolk (color), which come from parent birds raised on a diet of fishmeal and marigolds.

Fresh custard cream puffs

The custard cream is made by slowly cooking the egg at a low temperature to give the custard a strong egg taste, and combining rich, milky Hokkaido cream and sweet, aromatic Madagascar vanilla beans. The price is 150 yen (tax included).

Buried Shortcake Pudding

A custard pudding carefully baked with a combination of eggs and Hokkaido milk is layered with sponge dough, strawberry sauce, whipped cream made with Hokkaido fresh cream and Hokkaido milk, and topped with a whole strawberry with just the right amount of sourness. The price is 350 yen (tax included).
