To ensure that the dough does not lose its fluffiness with the addition of butter, the baking time and temperature, the way the dough is prepared, and the amount of dough were adjusted many times before the ideal texture was reached. The secret ingredients are rice candy and honey, which add a deep sweetness to the sponge cake and give it a gentle texture.
