The contents of the bar, taken out, appear to be a normal chocolate bar. It is slit and can be broken into four bite-sized blocks. You can see that it is filled with soy puffs. The name "cricket chocolate" might lead one to imagine it looking like a cricket chocolate fondue, but visually, it has a 0% cricket feel to it.

It tastes like a regular chocolate bar. The sweetness of the chocolate melts with the crunchiness of the soy puffs, and a slight refreshing flavor from the orange juice powder rushes through. Since I don't know what crickets taste like, I'm not sure what part of the chocolate bar tastes like crickets.... I didn't notice any unusual quirks or flavors.
