Hattendo will introduce "Creamy Bun Muscat," "Red Grape Daifuku," and "Raisin Bread" from Hattendo. The ingredients are grapes harvested at the Hattendo Vineyard in Hiroshima Prefecture. Pre-orders are available on the crowdfunding service "Make" as the assortment "Grapes Special Set", "Remote Grape Picking", and "Creamy Bread and Grape Sweets Set".

Creamy bread Muscat

The "Creamy Bread Muscat" is made from muscat, which is said to have an elegant and gorgeous aroma. The creamy texture of the cream complements the fresh and fleshy muscat jam.

Daifuku (red grape Daifuku)

The "Akabudou Daifuku" is the newest addition to the Daifuku lineup, which is eaten with a spoon. The red grape jam and custard are wrapped in a soft gyuuhi that cannot be lifted.

Raisin Bread

Raisin Bread" is a moist and fluffy dough with homemade jam and raisins kneaded into the dough. It is considered to be a flavorful dish with a hint of cinnamon.
