Introducing "Oyakodon with Canned Yakitori," a simple menu using canned yakitori. Just cut up the ingredients, mix them together, and then render. It is also recommended as an evening meal.
Yakitori no can oyakodon
Ingredients
1 serving of rice1 can of grilled chicken
20g (0.71oz) green onion (onion is also OK)
1 egg
1 tablespoon men-tsuyu
2 tablespoons water
Chopped nori, chopped green onion, mitsuba, etc., to taste
Directions
Cut green onions into small pieces. In a heatproof dish, lightly mix water, mentsuyu, and green onion.Beat eggs, add and mix lightly with chopsticks.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave (600w) for 1 minute. Remove from microwave, and when the egg hardens, mix further with chopsticks and top with the contents of the canned yakitori.
Cover with fluffy plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute. Repeat until eggs are the desired consistency.
Top the rice with the oyakodon ingredients, then top with nori or green onions, if you like, and you're done!
