Matsunoya Oyako-don (oyako bowl)

Matsunoya "Oyakodon" (oyakodon)

This popular dish, which was previously handled and is said to have been a rival to Matsunoya's regular menu item, "roasted pork cutlet bowl," is said to be being handled once again, as many were reluctant to part with it when it was discontinued, and there were requests for it to be re-released. It is characterized by its light taste combined with "black sesame roasted shichimi," a condiment.

In addition to the chicken thigh meat with egg, a raw egg is added for later enjoyment. The dish is described as a combination of oyako-don and TKG (tamago-kake-gohan), with a more fluffy texture. The dish is characterized by the rich aroma of fragrant black sesame seeds and sansho (Japanese pepper), and the spiciness of chili peppers.

In principle, Matsunoya and Matsunoya are available nationwide, but some are not. Highway PA stores are excluded.
