Cream puffs that look like melon bread

Crispy dough and cream puffs to enjoy. The puff pastry is baked with a layer of cookie dough with a melon bread-like lattice pattern on top, dipped in granulated sugar. The puff pastry is filled with a milky whipped custard with fresh Hokkaido cream and vanilla seeds. Priced at 220 yen (tax included, same as below).

Strawberry Tart & Strawberry Baked Cheesecake

The strawberry tart is a crispy tart dough topped with a moist damande dough made with almond pudding and butter, topped with custard cream and strawberries. Strawberry Baked Cheesecake is a baked cheese made from Australian cheese with Amao strawberry jam on the top. The sour taste accents the cake. Price: 421 yen.

White chocolate pudding

The perfect pudding for White Day. It is made with white chocolate and fresh cream from Hokkaido and baked slowly at a low temperature to make it rich and smooth. The price is 210 yen.

A fascinating chocolate bar combining three ingredients: French white chocolate, Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, and strawberries. It is a luxurious product in which you can taste the richness of the chocolate, the acidity of the strawberries, and the cheese. Price: 215 yen.
