Parfait of Setoka from Ehime Prefecture

Setaka" is a combination of the good qualities of three varieties: "Kiyomi Tangor," which is juicy and richly sweet, "Encore," which is fragrant and full-bodied, and "Marcotte," which has a plump texture and a good balance of sugar and acidity. The citrus fruits are a condensation of the best of both worlds. The parfait contains a whole citrus fruit from Ehime Prefecture.


The rich sweetness and juicy pulp of the dates are matched by the milky taste of vanilla ice cream and cream, and the moderate sweetness of the homemade dates granite. It is a refreshing taste perfect for spring. Priced at 1,380 yen (tax included, same below). The price with a drink is 1,690 yen.

Fruit Sandwich of Setoka from Ehime

Ehime's Setoka, richly sweet and full of juice, is sandwiched with its signature cheese cream and whipped cream on a savory whole wheat bread. You can enjoy the exquisite harmony of Setoka and whipped cream. The price is 880 yen, or 1,190 yen with a drink.
