Pour the batter into a heatproof container and microwave uncovered for 3 minutes at 600W. If you line the inside of the heatproof container tightly with plastic wrap before pouring the dough into the container, you can remove the dough cleanly after it is done. The dough will swell several times, so prepare a large container.

Mara Cao in the microwave! What does it taste like when it's done?

Moist and fluffy, with a rich sweetness! Not only is it sweet, but the eggs, oil, and buttermilk powder give it a rich and full flavor. The slight saltiness of the soy sauce makes it even more irresistible. It's also great to eat it freshly made and hot.

This is a product that is so easy to use that it is hard to imagine that you can enjoy authentic Mara Khao. If you wrap it in plastic wrap, it will stay moist and delicious even after a long time. You don't need a special mold to make this, and it's easy to make in the microwave, so it's great for beginners to baking!
