Komeda Coffee Shop "Ogura Noir

On March 10, Komeda Coffee Shop will release "Ogura Noir," a seasonal shironoir with Komeda's homemade Ogura-an (sweet red bean paste), which will be available until late April.

Ogura Noir

The "Ogura Noir" has many fans because they can taste the dusty sweetness of Ogura-an. In recent years, azuki beans have been attracting attention as a healthy food that contains protein, polyphenols, and dietary fiber.

This azuki-based azuki noir is made by sandwiching azuki bean paste in a crisp Danish bread. The sweetness of the red bean paste is enhanced by the mild soft cream and sweet and sour strawberry sauce. This Japanese chiron noir has a perfect balance of sourness and sweetness.

Komeda's homemade azuki bean paste is used as the key ingredient. Komeda's own azuki bean paste is used for the anko, which is the heart of the flavor, and is a must-have for azuki lovers to feel the original flavor of azuki beans.

The contrast between the white color of the soft-serve ice cream and the red color of the strawberry sauce is beautiful to look at. It is available in a regular size for everyone to share, and a mini size perfect for one person or as an after-dinner dessert.
