On March 8, Bourbon will release Petit Sweets Cassata-style Cheesecake and Petit Prime Harissa Cheese, a series of ready-to-eat products with a twist of ingredients and processing to enhance the sense of luxury. The Petit Sweets series and Petit Prime series offer a taste and satisfaction that cannot be expressed in the regular Petit series. Prices are open.

Petite Sweets Cassata-style Cheesecake

A bite-sized cheesecake baked with nuts and fruit. The cake is baked with cream cheese kneaded into it, and almonds, apples, orange peel, and cranberries are added. The fruit and nuts enhance the taste of the cheese, making it easy to enjoy the taste of cassata.

Petite Prime Harissa Cheese

A rich and smooth cheese cream is sandwiched between harissa-flavored okaki with an exotic taste. The spices used in the oysters include cumin, garlic, coriander, and other spices based on chili peppers to create an addictive taste with a deep flavor and a stimulating spiciness that lingers.
