Yudetaro has announced on their official website that their spring menu includes "Yamakake Sausage Soba," "Toriten Asparagus Soba," and "Toriten Hot Tendon Set. All of these dishes are available for both eat-in and To go.

Yamakake Sausage Soba

The "Yamakake Sausage Soba" comes with tempura sausages on top. The price is 590 yen (tax included, same as below).

Toriten Asparagus Soba

The Toriten Asparagus Soba is said to have the aroma of dried shrimp and the texture of tsukune. You can choose between cold or hot noodles. The selling price is 590 yen.

Toriten Oontendon Set

The "Tori Tendon Set" is a hearty menu. A bowl of rice topped with tori-ten (chicken tempura) and onsen-tamago (boiled egg), a popular staple item at Yudetaro, is served with soba noodles. The price is 680 yen (tax included, same as below).
