It is said to be a "gurukul" made of chocolate pudding with cocoa under the supervision of Yannick Chouvoreau, Executive Chef Chocolatier/Pastry Chef of Godiva Japan.

The name comes from the French word "gurgle" which means "to mix and drink" and the sound of "gurgling" when drinking.

The topping is a freeze-dried strawberry with a crunchy texture, refreshing acidity, and gorgeous colors and textures. Underneath is a soft-serve vanilla cream with chocolate sauce that melts and crisps, and at the bottom is a chocolate pudding with a smooth texture that has a gorgeous chocolate flavor and a nice bitter taste.

The whole thing is made to be mixed and drunk. It is recommended that you enjoy the look first and spin the straw about 30 times before drinking.
