Sakura Cake
The "Sakura Cake" consists of softly scented cherry blossom flavored cream, sweet bean paste cream, and sweet and sour strawberries sandwiched between fluffy cherry blossom flavored sponge. Gyuhi (sticky goumi) accents the texture, and custard adds a mild richness. You can enjoy the harmony of the fragrance of cherry blossoms and Japanese ingredients in spring. It will be available until March 31. The price is 420 yen (tax included, same as below).
Matcha and Sakura Cake
Matcha and Sakura Cake" is a spring-only shortcake that perfectly blends the rich aroma and flavor of matcha with the subtle scent of cherry blossoms. The cake is made with layers of matcha cream, matcha ganache, cherry blossom flavored sponge, matcha sponge, and sandwiched with mizu-yokan (sweet bean jelly) for texture and flavor accents. The price is 460 yen. On sale until April 28.
