200 g sliced pork1.5 to 1 large medium onion
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1.5 tablespoons oyster sauce

Put pork in a plastic bag, add salt, pepper and grated garlic, fry for at least 10 minutes.Cut onion in half lengthwise, then lengthwise into 7 mm pieces.
