Kimura-ya's New Breads for March

New breads for March are now available at the directly-managed store of Kimura-ya. There are five new breads available for the month of March: "Cherry Blossom," "Sake-type Yakushima Tangerine," "Hokkaido Tokachi Azuki Bread," "Miso Kinpira Gobo (with Ginger)," and "Savory Bacon Cheese.

Sakatane Yakushima Tangerine is a white bean paste with Yakushima tangerine juice, minced meat, cut peel, powdered rind, and a secret ingredient of Western liquor. Liqueur is used to flavor the red bean paste. The price is 232 yen.

Cherry Blossoms

Cherry Blossom" is made from Hokkaido azuki beans, filled with sweet red bean paste and cherry blossom mochi-like filling, and covered with cookie dough to create a cherry blossom shape. The price is 288 yen.

The "Hokkaido Tokachi Azuki Pan" is made with whole wheat flour, sugar made only from sugar cane harvested on Amami Oshima Island, olive oil, fresh cream, and Kimura-ya's original sake, and filled with red bean paste made from Hokkaido Tokachi azuki beans and sugar. The price is 278 yen.
