Asari Kurimu Oyakodon

Nakau has been selling a new type of oyakodon, a bowl of rice topped with chicken and egg, as a new way to enjoy its signature product, oyakodon. The third product, "Asari Kurimu Oyakodon", is a creative oyakodon based on the theme of "Japanese and Western". It combines Nakau's oyakodon with a rich cream sauce made from asari clams, which contain taurine, calcium, and zinc.


The rich cream sauce, made by combining fresh cream, butter, milk, and garlic with the flavor of asari clams, is a perfect match for the oyakodon made with Nakau's special warishita. If you like, you can sprinkle the optional "Pepper Garlic" to add a spicy pepper accent to the gentle flavor of the cream sauce, and enjoy the change in taste.
