Kyobashi Sembikiya Dekopon Jelly

This is one of the "kurinuki jelly" sold at Kyobashi Sembikiya. It is said to be a unique product of a fruit specialty store where fresh fruits are made into jelly. The fruit selected by Sembikiya is hollowed out, freshly squeezed juice is used, and it is poured into a fruit bowl and finished.
