Lady Borden Mini Cup COMBINATION (Hojicha Azuki) is a Japanese style ice cream that uses 100% Kaga Boho tea to give it a rich hojicha flavor and aroma. For the azuki beans, we chose to use only red beans from Hokkaido, so that the taste of the azuki beans and the texture of the grains can be felt when eaten with the hojicha ice cream.

Lady Borden Mini Cup COMBINATION (Cookie in Cheesecake) is a Western-style ice cream that uses two types of cheese, mascarpone and cheddar. It is a Western-style ice cream with a rich, full-bodied cheesecake flavor. In addition, buttery fermented butter cookies are mixed into the ice cream to give it the authentic taste of cheesecake.
