The fruit tart specialty store, Kir-Febon, will be selling "White Strawberry and Peach Scented Tart - Royal Milk Tea Flavor" from March 1 to March 31.

For one year from October 2021 to October 2022, KILLE FEVON will be holding various events to commemorate its 30th anniversary. As part of this project, the company is selling tarts designed by each store, with a different menu every month starting in January 2022.

The third tart was created by the Aoyama store, the first store of Kiroufevon in Tokyo (opened in 1996). The tart is made of almond cream with assam and milk tea mousse, and gorgeously decorated with white strawberries "Fragrance of First Love" and strawberries with a taste like peaches "Peach Blossom". The tart is finished with an image of the stylish and sophisticated city of Aoyama.


The tart was developed to be the prettiest among the many tarts lined up in the showcase, making you want to take a picture of it, boasting the gentle contrast of two colors of strawberries and the cute design of a flower-shaped tart that looks like a softly opening flower.


The base is a combination of royal milk tea mousse and almond cream. The tea leaves used are Assam, which gives it a rich aroma and flavor. It was difficult to find the right balance between the flavors of strawberries and black tea, and after a lot of trial and error, we were finally able to complete our creation.

The price is 1,404 yen for a piece and 14,040 yen for a whole (25cm) (8% tax included).
