Wash oyster in salted water. Wash daikon, cut into 1.5cm slices and cut into 4 pieces.Place radishes in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
In a frying pan, bring soy sauce, mirin, sugar, ginger, sake, and water to a boil. Place the daikon on top, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, add the oysters, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with sliced green onions.
