You can enjoy three types of cream: thick cream, premium chanterelle cream, and light custard cream. The strawberries on the top of the cake are decorated with the image of candles. The year 2022 will mark the 100th anniversary of the release of Fujiya's shortcake, and since January, a short story titled "12 Stories of Shortcake" has been released on the official website every month. On the 22nd of the same month, a shortcake inspired by the story will be available for purchase, and the story for February will be about an elderly lady who comes to the store.
