Blancmange is derived from the French word for "white food. It is a cold confection made of milk flavored with sugar, alcohol, cream, etc., and hardened with gelatin or other ingredients.

This is the first time that Thirty-One has come up with a flavor inspired by blancmange made with white peaches. The soft pink color of this ice cream is lovely and perfect for spring.

The amaretto-scented milk ice cream is matched with a pink-fleshed white peach sherbet and white peach ribbons for a creamy, fresh taste. The creamy and fresh taste is sure to make you feel refreshed after just one bite. No alcohol is used.
