The fruit tart specialty store, Kir Febon, will be releasing a new tart for White Day, "Strawberry and Condensed Milk Mousse Tart," on March 1, and will be available until March 14 (sales period is subject to change).

Strawberry and Condensed Milk Mousse Tart

This strawberry milk tart is made with strawberries, which are in season right now, and condensed milk mousse. Gently sweet condensed milk mousse is layered with jam and strawberry condensed milk sauce, and lavishly decorated with strawberries. The sweet and sour taste of the strawberry and raspberry jam is accentuated by the crispy texture of the strawberry milk chocolate.


The colorful cross section of cream, rouge, and pink is also a highlight. The gorgeous looking strawberry milk tart is also a perfect gift for White Day.
