Strawberry Milk Candy of Amaou" is available from the official online store of Kuze Fuku Shoten. It contains 50g (1.76oz) and is priced at 540 yen (tax included).

Amaou no strawberry milk candy

This is a collaboration with Eitaeru candy, a signature product of Eitaeru Sohonpou since the Edo period. The "Amaou no strawberry milk candy" is inspired by the popular Kuze Fukutoten product "Strawberry milk base to mix with milk.

The candy is made with the Eitaeru Sohohonsho's non-flavoring and non-coloring process, and expresses the gentle taste of Kuzeifuku Shoten's "strawberry milk mixed with milk" with a lovely pink marble pattern. In addition, even the vanilla scent of "strawberry milk mixed with milk" is reproduced, which is the work of a long-established company. The retro-style cans that are the hallmark of Eitaru candy are also available in a very cute original Kuze Fukushoten design.

What is Eitaeru Sohonpou?

Eitaeru Sohonpou is a long-established confectionery company with a history of 200 years since its establishment in Nihonbashi, Tokyo in 1818. In the Edo period (1603-1868), the candy was called "Umeboshi candy" by the people of Edo (now Tokyo) because of its shape resembling dried plums, and became the signature product of Eitaeru.
