Peach Anmitsu

The "Peach Anmitsu" is an anmitsu with richly flavored peach agar and tri-colored gouhi to celebrate the Doll's Festival, the season of the peach. The three-colored gouhi is a representation of a diamond-shaped rice cake, which is also a good omen. The sweet and sour strawberries and oranges go perfectly with the juicy peach agar! It also contains kuzu mochi for a fun texture. It contains peach agar, peach syrup, red bean paste, tricolor gouhi, strawberries, mandarin oranges, wolfberries, red kidney beans, and kuzumochi.
