Sushiro "Warm Sushi with Salmon Roe and Pickled Fresh Salmon

Warm Sushi with Salmon Roe and Pickled Raw Salmon" is the second chapter of the Takumi-no-Ichishin Project, a new original menu created in collaboration with a master chef from a famous restaurant. It was created by Izumi Kimura, a craftswoman at Sushijin, a famous sushi restaurant in Toyama Prefecture, who is highly regarded in the industry for her unique approach to bringing out the flavor of ingredients.

Atamakazushi is sushi that is steamed and served. It is also known as "warm sushi. At Sushiro, the special mixed shari and broiled egg are steamed in the restaurant, and then garnished with raw salmon marinated in Takumi's special ginger flavor, salmon roe, and Mitsuba. The result is a plump and warm shari with a new texture and a gorgeous appearance.

Warm Sushi with Salmon Roe and Pickled Raw Salmon" will be available from February 18. The price is 264 yen (tax included). No take-out available, limited quantity per day.
