Pokka Sapporo Food & Beverage will release a new product called "Sudachi Fruit Juice 100%" on February 21, 2012, using 100% fruit juice from Tokushima Prefecture with no preservatives. The price is 400 yen per bottle (tax not included). Capacity: 70ml (2.37us fl oz).

100% Sudachi Fruit Juice

Sudachi Fruit Juice 100% is made from hand-picked sudachi (citrus fruits) grown in Tokushima Prefecture, and the whole peel is pressed into the juice. It has a mild sourness and refreshing aroma that can only be obtained by squeezing the whole fruit, and can be used to enhance the flavor of dishes such as udon, somen, and sashimi.
