This year's fair features "Grilled Bone-in Spare Ribs," "Finger Spare Ribs & Hot Steak 150g (5.29oz)," and "Finger Spare Ribs & Hamburger 200g (7.05oz). All of them are made to be tender enough to be loosened up with a fork, despite their bold appearance, so that you can enjoy the meat around the bones with strong flavor.

Grilled "Horo Horo Spare Ribs

Grilled pork spare ribs are slowly braised in the restaurant and then grilled in the oven to order.
