On February 16, "Spaghetti Pancho" and "Kitchen Pancho" will launch a limited-time menu, "Hot and spicy Neapolitan". It will be available until around the end of March.

Hot and spicy Neapolitan

The "Hot and Spicy Neapolitan" is an upgraded version of Pancho's signature dish, Neapolitan, with the addition of "hot" and "numbing" elements to create a "delicious," "spicy," and "numbing" trifecta. The biggest attraction is the special sauce made by combining a mountain of chili peppers, aromatic vegetables and meat. The sauce is firmly entwined with Pancho's unique thick noodles, filling the mouth with "umami" and "spicy" flavors. In addition, the "numbness" of the sauce can be enjoyed at the same time with the Chinese pepper oil and powder that is generously sprinkled on the noodles.
