Regional Morning "Aichi Gamagori Mikan Jam

Surrounded by Mikawa Bay and mountains, Gamagori City in Aichi Prefecture is known as one of the leading production areas in Japan for greenhouse cultivation of mandarins due to its mild climate. The Onshu mandarins grown in Gamagori with plenty of sunlight have a fine sweetness and refreshing acidity, and the bags are soft, so the flavor of the pulp is not lost.

The Gamagori mandarin orange jam uses the whole mandarin orange from Gamagori, even the peel. It is a juicy jam that lets you taste the freshness of the oranges as they are. The sweetness of the pulp and the bitterness of the peel are perfectly balanced, making it a perfect match for toast.
