Fujiya Confectionery "Strawberry Fair

New "Strawberry Fair" products will go on sale at Fujiya Confectionery on February 18. The new products are "Strawberry Tuncalon Tart," "Luxury Millefeuille with Domestic Strawberries," and "Strawberry! Strawberry Tuncalon Tart

This cute tart pops like a Tuncalon. A light custard cream is squeezed onto the tart base and topped with a lavish amount of seasonal strawberries. The pink strawberry ganache cream is sprinkled with cereal chocolate and finished with a red macaron skin. Priced at 540 yen (tax included, same as below).

Luxurious mille-feuille of domestic strawberries

The bottom layer is a light custard cream sandwiched between raspberry jam with a sweet and sour taste and the top layer is strawberries. The top layer is decorated with chanterelle cream and a piece of Japanese strawberry, making this mille-feuille gorgeous to look at and very satisfying. The price is 540 yen.

Strawberry!

This cake looks like a real strawberry. The tops are covered with bright red chocolate and the bottom is finished with pistachio cream. The raspberry gelée is wrapped in strawberry mousse and accented with a hint of fiantine for a sweet and sour taste. Price: 540 yen.
