This is a limited time flavor of Goncha's "Brown Sugar Milk Tea" series. It is an improved version of the popular "Brown Sugar Milk Roasted Kinako" that was sold for a limited time last year.

The soybean flour is made from soybeans grown in Hokkaido, and the Kyoto-style deep-roasting method is used to give the flavor and aroma of the ingredients a powerful taste. The ingredients were selected from about 50 different kinds of soybean flour. The fragrant smell is blended with the deep richness of Oolong milk tea and the gentle sweetness of brown sugar milk to create a nostalgic Japanese taste.

In addition to this, the drink is topped with "kinako whip" for a light and smooth texture, tapioca pearls for a glutinous texture, and is decorated with brown sugar syrup and roasted kinako.
