This is a real food review of Life Premium's authentic pizza Margherita with sticky dough. The glutinous texture of the dough is complemented by the delicious taste of mozzarella cheese.

Authentic Pizza Margherita with Mozzarella Cheese

Life Premium's Margherita is a pizza with Italian mozzarella cheese on top. The dough is crispy and chunky. The size is about 22 cm in diameter and the price is 387 yen (tax included). The best-before date was about 10 days from the date of purchase.


Cooking is done in the oven at 250°C for 5 minutes or in a toaster at 1,000W for 5 minutes. Microwave cooking is not allowed.


I had to cut and bake it because the whole thing did not fit in my toaster. There are no slits, so you will need to cut them yourself with a knife.


The dough has a sticky texture as the name suggests. It looks thin, but when you try it, you'll find that it's more substantial than you expected.


It's nice to be able to enjoy the "mocky" texture of the mozzarella cheese! The sauce is light and lets the cheese stand out even more.


It's not a punchy junk pizza, but an authentic pizza where you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients like in a specialty restaurant. Recommended for mozzarella cheese lovers.
